chore: 清理 Python 运行产物并忽略

- 从仓库移除 __pycache__/ 与 *.pyc 等运行产物，避免 git pull 覆盖未跟踪文件导致合并失败
- 在 .gitignore 增加 Python 运行产物忽略规则
